A Software Engineer by day and a startup Founding Engineer + podcaster by nights/weekends. She transitioned into tech after 10 years as a professional and leader in real estate and non-profits!

She is deeply passionate about personal and professional growth and amplifying underrepresented groups in tech, particularly women and neurodivergent folks.

Mindi has wrangled unwieldy software integrations, built and designed web-based RESTful APIs, enabled deployments and developer productivity, and led various projects and teams. She also writes and speaks about being human in tech, career navigation and transition, creativity and curiosity, ADHD, TypeScript, and other engineering topics.
